My name’s Brendan — I’m a mental health & disability support worker, and just like you… I get anxiety too.

This whole project started as a simple idea:
“What if I created small things that help people feel calmer, even for a moment?”

 

And now it’s grown into something much bigger —
a collection of products designed to bring comfort, grounding, and a

little bit of peace into everyday life.

Because let’s be honest… anxiety is exhausting.

It’s the racing thoughts, the tight chest, the overthinking, and

the “what ifs” that never seem to stop.

We can’t always control it —
but we can create moments of calm inside the chaos.

 

Why Not Do Something About It?

Because pretending everything’s fine doesn’t make it fine.

 

Because ignoring anxiety doesn’t make it disappear &

everyone deserves something gentle to hold

onto on the tough days.

 

Everything I make — whether it’s a colouring book, a candle, a room spray, or a journal — has one purpose:

To help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Even if it’s only for a few minutes.

These aren’t cures.
They’re tools.
